Julie went to Vet Tech Institute in 2007 to receive her veterinary technician degree and went on to obtain her certification in Pennsylvania. Julie joined the Willow Run team in 2018 and was promoted to Practice Manager in 2023.  She has traveled extensively with her husband who was a member of the Air Force, and has worked in many different types of practices; including emergency, cardiology, a surgical referral center, and NC State University - working in both the ICU and Dermatology departments.  Julie has a German shepherd, a blue Pitbull, and 2 cats (where she provides a safe home for their FIV-positive status).  When she is not working, Julie enjoys reading, spending time with her daughters, and running.
