COVID-19
Our lobby is now open and clients may access the building through the entrance door. If preferred, families and their pets are welcome to remain outside until directed into an exam room, but must call upon arrival. Food and medication pick-ups have resumed inside the building. Curbside services remain available upon request. Up to 2 adults may accompany their pet into the exam room; we ask that the number of children be kept at a minimum. Per CDC guidance, masks are no longer required for vaccinated clients, but strongly recommended for unvaccinated clients. As our normal operations have resumed, our texture feature will no longer be available.
For the Heat
We have experienced some very warm days, and we expect them to increase as we head further into summer. You will notice that a tent has been placed under one of our trees, as well as some chairs. Our hope is that you will find this shaded area more relaxing than being confined to your car, so please make yourself comfortable. We also want to ensure that our clients and patients stay hydrated. Beginning next week, you will find a small refrigerator outside of our entrance, it will be stocked with water bottles for our clients as they wait. You will also find water bowls and jugs of water for your furry friends - please help yourselves.
